早餐时同事莎姐姐带了她们自家做滴双层芝士蛋糕,猫子吃得舌头都吞了下肚,所以当场便讨教到了食谱,打算下次做了(自己)吃~好料当然要大家分享咯,来来,以下便是食谱(英文滴),看看做不做得出~
Double-layered Cream Cheese Cake
Base:
350gm Oreo cookies
120gm Butter
Filling:
1 egg
250gm cream cheese
200gm non-dairy cream
50gm sugar
2 tablespoons of gelatin
2 bars of cooking chocolates
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1. Beat non-dairy cream until fluffy and put in fridge
2. Melt the butter. Break the Oreo cookies into pieces and place them in a plastic
bag. Crush them finely by tapping and rolling with a rolling pin. Mix the crushed
cookies with melted butter. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of the pan
with the back of a metal spoon.
3. Melt gelatin with warm water.
4. Beat cheese, add in sugar, gelatin and finally egg. Continue to beat until smooth.
5. Add in non-dairy cream.
6. Pour half of the mixture into the pan and place in freezer
7. Melt chocolate bar. Add the melted chocolate into the rest of the mixture and
beat.
8. Add in cocoa powder into mixture.
9. Pour half of the mixture into the pan and place in freezer for at least 4 hours.

is it ok to take raw egg without having it baked?
should not be a problem to take raw egg i think. amao has became my 白老鼠 for the passed few yrs and till now he is still ok and very healthy .. :P
so,上面那层是加了巧克力的cheese?

You only needa chill it.
1. Can i know the non dairy cream is available in what brand? Nestle one?
2. The cake is chilled or freezed? Put in the bottom or top of a normal fridge? If freeze, will it be too hard and too cold?
Normally is the Anchor brand, but recently out of stock in the market, in fact you can replace it with the Nestle brand.
The cake is chilled. Put in the normal fridge. Dont freeze it, just chilled. It wont be hard, but if you take it out from the fridge and leave outside for long, it will melt very soon.
Is the Anchor non dairy cream is Anchor UHT whipping cream, I can't find non dairy cream in supermarket, i could only find reduced fat cream and dairy cream of Nestle in supermarket.
Don't use whipping cream, it's too soft.
My personal opinion, why don't u use ordinary dairy cream and give it a try? :D After all, cooking is all about experimenting~

Nil, like I say, I omit anything baking (for now), reason being
1) my oven is now a "storage space" for me momma's cookware, difficult to move them all out juz for baking (not to mention put all back in after baking)
2) I find chilled cakes, mousse etc much nicer (and of course, less attention needed, well-suited for lazy folks like me)~
