早餐时同事莎姐姐带了她们自家做滴双层芝士蛋糕,猫子吃得舌头都吞了下肚,所以当场便讨教到了食谱,打算下次做了(自己)吃~好料当然要大家分享咯,来来,以下便是食谱(英文滴),看看做不做得出~
Double-layered Cream Cheese Cake
Base:
350gm Oreo cookies
120gm Butter
Filling:
1 egg
250gm cream cheese
200gm non-dairy cream
50gm sugar
2 tablespoons of gelatin
2 bars of cooking chocolates
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1. Beat non-dairy cream until fluffy and put in fridge
2. Melt the butter. Break the Oreo cookies into pieces and place them in a plastic
bag. Crush them finely by tapping and rolling with a rolling pin. Mix the crushed
cookies with melted butter. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of the pan
with the back of a metal spoon.
3. Melt gelatin with warm water.
4. Beat cheese, add in sugar, gelatin and finally egg. Continue to beat until smooth.
5. Add in non-dairy cream.
6. Pour half of the mixture into the pan and place in freezer
7. Melt chocolate bar. Add the melted chocolate into the rest of the mixture and
beat.
8. Add in cocoa powder into mixture.
9. Pour half of the mixture into the pan and place in freezer for at least 4 hours.
